Enthralling like love at first sight, the partnership of Marry Me! creates a stunning union. The bitter orange blends with the fruity sweetness of peach and the delicacy of jasmine tea. Its sensuality unfolds, as the intoxicating Sambac jasmine is subdued by the smooth sweetness of magnolia in a cascade of rose petals. This union of white flowers glows in the warmth of amber and heady musk.
4PM “Rambling through the narrow streets of Montmartre”
He’s waiting for her, impatient and anxious. She appears at last, her silhouette standing out against the light. Feminine and natural, she approaches wearing a delicate dress, a fluttering sheath of bright and fluid silk that highlights her delicate skin.
The Bottle
Largely inspired by the world of Alber Elbaz, the bottle features the character of the Lanvin fashion house. Feminine and modern, the bottle reinterprets the bow motif in an original and offbeat way. It is crowned by a silver-plated cap, slightly asymmetrical and abstract, which adds a touch of art deco.
Glamorous detail: a bow of fuchsia satin ribbons was envisioned by Alber Elbaz to enhance the cap with added elegance and delicacy.
The box
Chic and unfussy, a fuchsia satin ribbon embraces the cream-coloured box. The name ‘Marry Me!’ has the flourish of a signature. Lanvin sends us its fondest message like a burst of laughter, a declaration, a heartbeat…
The box is enlivened and enhanced by the pencil sketch of Alber Elbaz, who signs it with a light and gentle touch.
6PM “Strolling through the Luxembourg gardens”
Hand in hand, they stroll among the majestic trees and past the benevolent presence of the famous statues. Rounding a corner, they discover the impressive Medici fountain, stopping to contemplate their smiling reflections in the water.
