Now M·A·C Cosmetics have revealed that their VIVA GLAM make-up range has raised $250 million (£160 million) for people affected by HIV and AIDS.
The impressive total comes courtesy of sales of M.A.C VIVA GLAM lipstick and lipglass of which 100 per cent of the retail price, less VAT, goes to the M.A.C AIDS fund.
On hand to celebrate the milestone at the 19th International AIDS Conference (IAC) in Washington DC, were current face of VIVA GLAM, hip-hop superstar, Nicki Minaj, and previous face, Eve.
Previous brand ambassadors include Pamela Anderson, Missy Elliot, Debbie Harry, Elton John and, inaugural VIVA GLAM 'girl' Ru Paul.
VIVA GLAM and the M.A.C AIDS Fund are celebrating 18 years of fundraising to support diverse organisations around the world that provide a wide range of services to people living with HIV and AIDS.
