Dear ladies, the difference between breast surgery and breast fillers is that fillers is not permanent, lasts for about 12 months and you can gradually increase the breast size with very little downtime. Whereas surgery is permanent and you can choose exactly the size you want but with 1-2 weeks of downtime. Breast fillers feel more natural than breast impant surgery.
