How to Dress for Summer in Seoul

Many would think that Singaporeans are already used to the sun as it is Summer all year round in Singapore. That is only half true. The weather in Seoul was crazily hot last month and the temperature shot up to 41-degree Celsius on some days.

We were more conscious on the comfort level as we had to travel around Seoul for 7 full days. So how did we dress up to make ourselves comfortable?

The first pitstop that we had to visit was their shoe stores. We kept all the heels away and dive straight into sneakers.

Since it is summer, add colours or prints to your daily outfits.

Throw on a pair of shorts so that your legs can breathe. Being typical Singaporeans, denim shorts are the most comfortable ones around.

Put on a cap to keep the sun away. Wearing a cap can also help you look good on your bad hair days.

What is one thing that we skipped? Outerwear. As the weather can be quite hot, you can leave your outwear in the hotel rooms. However, don't forget that there are still days where it may rain. If you really need one to keep you warm during the rainy days or when you are in the air-conditioned malls, tie one around your waist to spice up your OOTD a little.
