This is what I do:

I use Meltie Ice Cream Makeup Remover
Then i use the Loreal Eye and Lip MAkeup remover for eyes

And that's all for cleansing! Is this enough?

Removing make up is a really important step in everyday skincare routine. To know if you have removed your make up thoroughly and if your regime is suitable and effective, you could try the following tip. Dip a few drops toner on a cotton pad and swipe it on your skin. If you can still see the pigments from your make up, it means that you have not cleansed it properly as they are still traces of pigments left behind.

If not, viola! You are on the right track, ready to slip into your pjs!

Using the water based Cleansing Express for removing make up, as my face cant take oil-based products, else it will clog my pores or increase millia seeds ):
Basically, will just keep wiping my make up off till the cotton is clear; not sure if its the proper way or not.
But it may not be very effective in removing mascara ): still finding for solutions!!

I use the Biore Hydraclear remover. I can just massage it on my skin and I find that it removes really well! Afterwards, I'll use my normal cleanser to cleanse again.
