As of now, I have decided not to learn driving because

1) I live in central which is very near a lot of places I need to go by public transport. I also plan to work near my house
2) Air pollution
3) Expensive
4) So far I have been very happy with taking MRT so doesn't make a difference to me if I have a car or not.
5) Usually if I go on dates, the guy drives

=)

why need to learn driving if you can find drivers while you sit and enjoy the view as a passenger.

True, its comfortable to sit in as passenger and enjoy the scenery and happenings passby..
However, having learnt driving (or rather getting a license) serves as a 'plus point'.. assuming cases like when your friend or family is drunk & you can takeover to drive (eg, festive seasons) / or like when your friend or family not feeling well you may takeover / or like when your friend have difficulty in parking you can switch over and help

Having a driving license can be beneficial in many cases as long as it's utilized in proper and legal ways HAHA
