Dont really know where to get decodens though. sorry ):

Daiso now has quite a number of decodens, not sure bout the quality though.
There's a shop in central mall that sells decodens too but more to the ex side.

was just at daiso yesterday with eosistic. yes they have decodens! variety not that great, quality not too bad.

yup the clarke quay one! but i'm not that sure whether the shop is still there. i was there like 2 yrs back.

for handphone bling bling , that's interesting :0 i gonna to check out Daiso too.

I think ps 2nd level is selling it.
