And this is just physical beauty. What matters more is.. What we have in us. Have came across gorgeous ladies but... Not so good heart and character, what a pity.

That is so true huirong. Its the personality that counts. I believe a vibrant personality and confidence have an effect on your physical outlook

Totally agree with you. Let's all give ourselves a big hug and compliment ourselves. In fact, let's do it really.

Compliment one thing about yourself as a start to loving ourselves more! I'll be thick skinned and start first.
