The Lucky One

In Nicholas Spark’s 14th book, he tells the unforgettable story of a man whose brushes with death and lead him to the love of his life. After U.S. Marine Logan Thibault finds a photograph of a smiling young woman buried in the dirt during his tour of duty in Iraq, he experiences a sudden streak of luck -- winning poker games and even surviving deadly combat. Only his best friend, Victor, seems to have an explanation for his good fortune: the photograph -- his lucky charm.

All the stories by Nicholas Sparks seem to end in tragedy. I still remember the first one that came out in Movie, A walk to remember.

In one of the interview of Sparks, he said:

“There’s always sadness in my novels,” , “People remember the sad ones. We all remember Romeo and Juliet, and that is far more tragic than anything I’ve written yet people still love that story.

That’s quite true, isn’t it?

Saw a promo at NoQ store for the book. Can buy the book to win the movie’s tickets….I wonder if there’s a chance to win tissues too!
