We understand that it might be confusing for some of you out there who have redeemed our items and have had to wait. Here's a quick check list for you to see if you have performed the necessary steps:

* Have you checked out your items?

For paid postage
* Have you emailed your MFP username, real name, NRIC number, amount paid, bank account number, transaction ID and contact number to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ?

For self collection
* Have you called us at 6222 1183 at least 3 days in advance before heading to our office to collect your items?

* Please note that all items must be collected within 1 month of your redemption *

We will be revising this system slightly to make this an even more pleasant experience for all our members!

Something happened to my sample points! I haven't touched it and it's at 0.

My sample points are still not fixed, have not received any news about it like you said and it's been like almost 3 months already? So either MFP doesn't have IT specialist'S' or they're not doing their jobs or things are jusy very very inefficient or just no one cares. how come like thatttt. LOL.
