We understand that it might be confusing for some of you out there who have redeemed our items and have had to wait. Here's a quick check list for you to see if you have performed the necessary steps:
* Have you checked out your items?
For paid postage
* Have you emailed your MFP username, real name, NRIC number, amount paid, bank account number, transaction ID and contact number to

* Have you called us at 6222 1183 at least 3 days in advance before heading to our office to collect your items?
* Please note that all items must be collected within 1 month of your redemption *
