 Only from 28 May to 18 June 2012! Participation 1. Your Facebook ID (which is a unique number) will be entered into our electronic system. 2. Our electronic system will randomly select a winner from the pool of correct entries. The draw will be conducted under witness of another party from OMG Group of companies. 3. 50 winners are selected daily (except for Saturdays and Sundays). The selection will be postponed to the next available working day if that particular day falls on a public holiday. 4. Winners are to collect their prizes in person from the My Fat Pocket office located at 155B/157B Telok Ayer Street, Singapore 068611 between 10am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays only (except Public Holidays and eves of Public Holidays). All prizes should be collected within 1 month from the draw date. Terms & Conditions (My Fat Pocket Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.) 1. By taking part in this contest, the participant agrees to be signed up as a member of MyFatPocket.com (hereby known as ‘MFP’) and to be on its' mailing list. 1. This contest is exclusive to registered those residing in Singapore. 3. All winners will be announced on MFP Forums and MFP's Facebook Page on the day of the draw. Winners will be notified by PM and email (to her respective email address in the records of MFP) within 3 working days from the date of the draw. Notification PM and email once sent are considered delivered. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to check their mailbox, the notice on the MFP Forums and the notice on MFP's Facebook Page. 4. Where the respective prize remains unclaimed after 19 July 2012, the prize will be forfeited. 5. The prize is considered claimed when the winner /authorized personnel signs on the Acknowledgement Form. 6. If any person is subsequently discovered to be not entitled or ineligible to participate in the Draw or ineligible to receive the prize, MFP reserves the right to forfeit/reclaim the prize at its discretion and confer the same on any other person as may be selected by MFP in any manner as MFP deems fit. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from MFP should any prize be forfeited. 7. MFP may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated by MFP, all prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or for any other item. 8. The winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of MFP relating to the Draw and agrees that MFP may publicise the name and/or photograph and/or video of each winner in such mode and manner as MFP considers fit. 9. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Draw expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise MFP to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Draw for the purposes of the Draw. 10. MFP's decision on all matters relating to this Draw will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. 11. MFP reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Draw or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Draw. 12. MFP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Draw, including any act or omission relating to any person's participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any draw chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post. |
