Terms & Conditions
(MyFatPocket reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.)
1. This draw is exclusive to registered members of MyFatPocket.com (hereby known as ‘MFP’), residing in Singapore.
2. The campaign period is from 1st August to 31st August 2012.
3. Not applicable for employees and their family members of MFP group of companies and its subsidiaries and all personnel from the appointed agencies, partners for this promotion and auditing firm directly involved.
4. All winners will be announced in MFP. Winners will be notified by email (to her respective email address in the records of MFP) within 2 working days from the date of the Draw. Notification email once sent is considered delivered. It is the sole responsibility of Winners to check their mailbox and the notice on MFP website.
5. The winner will have 1 week from the date of the notification email to respond to MFP. In the event of nonresponse, MFP will contact the 2nd email drawn, up to a maximum of 3 drawn participants.
6. Where the respective Prize remains unclaimed for 1 month after the date of the respective Draw, it will be forfeited and donated to any charitable organization as MFP may determine.
7. The prize is considered claimed when the winner /authorized personnel signs on the Acknowledgement Form.
8. If any person is subsequently discovered to be not entitled or ineligible to participate in the Draw or ineligible to receive the prize, MFP reserves the right to forfeit/reclaim the prize at its discretion and confer the same on any other person as may be selected by MFP in any manner as MFP deems fit. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from MFP should any prize be forfeited.
9. MFP may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated by MFP, all prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or for any other item.
10. The winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of MFP relating to the Draw and agrees that MFP may publicise the name and/or photograph and/or video of each winner in such mode and manner as MFP considers fit.
11. Without prejudice to these terms and conditions, all participants in the Draw expressly and irrevocably permit and authorise MFP to disclose, reveal and divulge information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in organising, promoting and conducting the Draw for the purposes of the Draw.
12. MFP's decision on all matters relating to this Draw will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained.
13. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Draw, these terms and conditions will prevail.
14. MFP reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Draw or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Draw.
15. MFP shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Draw, including any act or omission relating to any person's participation howsoever caused, any error in computing any draw chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
