So wrong!

In a documentary airing on PBS, Made in LA, workers expose Forever 21's vile labor practices. In the film, workers reveal the retailer, who let us remind you the owners are Christian and print scriptures on the bottom of the bags, puts their employees in sweatshop conditions in both the United States and overseas.

On employee, Guadalupe Hernandez says she earned, "$4 per hour working 10 hours a day 6 days a week in a factory with no running water and no bathroom."

Disgusting!

And even though the company has been dragged to the California Supreme court numerous times for unfair labor practices, they're still engaging in employee maltreatment, which is happening in our own backyard!

Additionally, they employee third party contractors overseas to produce their garment tags who also put their workers in sweatshop conditions. But when they face lawsuits (which again has happened repeatedly), they place the blame on the contractors and deny responsibility.

As if it couldn't get any worse, the owners Don-Won Chang and his wife, Jin Sook have been known to discriminate both employees and workers based on religion. However, if you go on a Christian mission to become "born again" they promise young designers a promotion and bump in pay.

Wow. This company is more effed up than we thought. Maybe buyers should think twice before buying from a company that treats their employees like crap. Will U keep buying clothes from Forever 21???

This is absolutely disgusting. As if it isn't bad enough that their designs are usually rip offs from major labels, the material of their clothes often flimsy and poor and we're still charged exorbitant prices for their clothes, now it comes to light that they're ill-treating their workers and discriminating based on religion? 

If there is one thing I absolutely abhor, is people who discriminate others just because they choose not to believe in the same religion as them. F21's reputation has been pretty bad in recent years, and hopefully in light of this news, consumers would be more discerning about buying from them.
