Do sales take place only online or at physical location?

An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again ?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to restock that item you wanted. So, don’t hesitate and purchase what you covet!

It is similar to your wallet or purse – it stores all your sensitive information that you use to make payments on MFP Fashion Avenue.

How do I top up my e-Wallet

Which credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for eWallet top up transactions.

Is there a minimum top up amount?
There is no minimum top up sum.

Can I withdraw my money from my eWallet?

Will my eWallet ever expire?
Your eWallet is considered inactive if you have not logged in to your MFP account for 12 months.

You can reactivate your MFP account and eWallet by emailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or calling us at 6222 1183.

Should you not do so, your account will be suspended and we will send you periodic reminders at 6 months, 3 months, 1 month and 1 week prior to the expiration period of 24 months. Thereafter, your eWallet will expire.

There upon the account holder shall have no claim against MFP in respect the value remaining in eWallet and MFP shall be fully entitled to deal with any unclaimed value as it sees fit.

If your account has been banned for any reason, we will refund the full amount in your eWallet to you, less all administrative charges.

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we work so quickly to ship you your order, it is not possible for us to alter or cancel your order once it enters our system. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. You may place an additional order at any time. Therefore, before you process your payment, just do a quick check to ensure everything is in order and to your satisfaction. How do I know when my orders have been shipped out?
Individual vendors will update your purchase history when they have safely sent off your parcel.

Returns & Exchange

What is the return policy?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
• There will be no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products due to hygiene reasons.
• This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable.
• The original purchase receipt or proof of purchase as emailed to your registered email address must also be included with the returned goods.

All returns will be reviewed and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

• Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model, or
• Full cash refund to your eWallet account, less all shipping and administrative fees.

Risk of Loss.
The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
