Don’t worry about me, the surgery was successful and I’m recovering well. I’m really looking forward to tomorrow! Stitches and cast will be taken out!!

As I grow older I begin to realise the meaning of unconditional love.

“Can you love someone unconditionally?” I would often ask myself.

To love and to care without asking for anything in return? I know that I cannot.

What is the point of loving when your love is not acknowledged, reciprocated or even known of?

But a mother could. At least, my mother could.

Throughout the years of sweet, tears and blood of raising us up, I have began to see her wrinkles and white hairs.

The way I see them as signs of ageing – not in terms of vanity but in terms of… how long more do I have with you, mother?

When someone compliments me for my looks, I know that somehow… they will see some parts of my mother in me.

What is the best present for my mother this year? Turning back the hands of time for my mother so that she can enjoy her golden years.

So I brought her to Prive Clinic, where I had my eye bags reduction, chin and nose fillers done.
