I know I haven’t been updating this space for awhile even though i brought my laptop over with intentions of updating it “regularly”. I’m sorry! You know I have the heart to do so but I’m physically way too tired from all the walking, shopping and etc… Rest assure that I will keep this space alive again! There are so much to share!

What was very interesting to me that day was the Moisture Meter test. The Moisture Meter shows the hydration level of the skin. Reading of below 40 means you have very dry skin.
So if your skin itches sometimes in an air conditioned room, it means your skin is ultra dry. Why don’t you try Physiogel lotion or cream to hydrate and repair it? Dry skin scabs and can create an illusion of aging skin.
Have you seen a typical housewife’s hands – all dry and wrinkly? Those cleaning detergents are bad for your skin! So wear gloves when doing the housework and moisturise and apply lotsa sun screen before you leave your house.

Don’t worry about me, the surgery was successful and I’m recovering well. I’m really looking forward to tomorrow! Stitches and cast will be taken out!!
