Applying light makeup… (We were told to go with light makeup)

 

BREAKFAST!

International breakfast provided by Royal Pack Shiodome Hotel!

So much variety! Met some of the evangelist during breakfast too.

 

After breakfast and its….

MAJOLICA TIME AGAIN!

They represent the past chapters of Majolica Majorca – Which one do you recognize?

Files (with MJ product details and makeup notes), MJ products, drinks and translation devices were provided for us.

They were very well prepared, even snacks for break time were arranged!

 

Mitsui-San kicked the event off with the MJ products’ PowerPoint slides!

For the MJ cosmetics, there is the Skin Remaker Pore Cover (Foundation), Brow Customize (eye brow pencil), Jeweling Eye (Eye shadow), Perfect Auto Liner (eye liners), Puff de cheeks (macaroons cheek colors!) and of course, Honey Pump Gloss (lip gloss!)

There’s even Majoromantica for Perfume! (I’m sure you MJ fans know these products by heart now! And how many of you own all the items above?

Mitsui-San meticulously included instructions on how to use these products!

 

 

Then, there comes the QUIZ TIME!

All of us got our answers right! ^^

The latest products that will be launched in the much anticipated upcoming Chapter 34!

There’s going to be the Lash King in a new shade, 2 new gloss shades, 2 new shades for puff de cheek blushers. Plus, there will be 2 brand new products that MJ will introduce!

Just a sneak peek for now as we await the product launch!

Anyways, I LOVE THE NEW PRODUCTS! They are the perfect shades for this season! I have been waiting for these colours for a long time!

 

 

Then, we had a LUNCH BREAK!

Look at the awesome sky view we have while lunching!

The lunch was great!

Every meal we had in Japan was made with so much detail and love. Makes me appreciate food better after this trip to Japan after seeing how much effort they make just to serve you a meal.

Too bad, I was too full from my breakfast and couldn’t finish my portion. But everyone else ate heartily though!

After lunch, Mitsui San went on to teach us the “correction makeup” techniques to enhance one’s features.

This is something new for me. I have never done such in depth training in my life! It’s definitely enriching for me, especially as someone who never had professional training and what I know was built from experience or make up tutorials online!

 

Then, she moved on to hands-on makeup demonstration which got us intrigued.

Can you smile and talk at the same time during makeup demonstration?

She’s definitely one of the best I’ve seen – Not only is she pretty, she’s also always super caring & polite. Thanks for Mutsui-san’s constant support and lookout during the entire event!

 

 

Next up – It’s the Evangelist turn to showcase our skills on a real model. But for now, we’d do it on one another. My partner was Aimee from Philippines.

That’s Aimee doing the makeup intently on me for the first round.

Then, each of us presented on the makeup we did and Mitsui San gave us advice on how we can improve on the makeup.

Every girl deserves to be pretty regardless of what features you have. So it’s the make up artist job to conceal and enhance features – That’s what Mitsui-san taught us!

Now, its my turn to do the makeup demonstration!

There I was busy applying makeup onto Aimee (Evangelist from Philippines)

 

The chair was a little low, so I had to bend over.

And do you know you’d have to stand in 1 constant place as a make up artist to apply make up? Bet you guys didn’t know huh!

 

Poppy (Taiwan Evangelist) was applying makeup on Kitson (HongKong Evangelist).

Mitsui- San was checking the makeup done by Kitson, and gave constructive tips on improving it.

Who’s make up do you like the most?

Like I mentioned, make up is always there to beautify your features and with the correct techniques, everyone will be transformed! Majolica Majorca Singapore have workshops periodically to teach lucky girls the make up techniques as well as expose girls to the brand’s make up items. If you’re interested, do join their facebook and look out for such promotional offers! J I’m sure you’d gain a lot of knowledge from it. Besides, who doesn’t want to look pretty right?

 

After the presentations ended, we wrapped up the day! Horray!

 

Once again, Haru San brought me out for dinner.

It was very nice of him to bring me out every evening when I was there.

He’s a such great host

Chicken wings and Sukiyaki dinner!

I can’t seem to get bored of Japanese food.

 

And I was down with bad cough, sore throat as well as flu

So we didn’t go further places, stayed within Ginza only.

Bought some medicine and walked around for awhile…

Buying medicine in Japan was such a cute experience because of the language barrier. I literally played Pictionary with the pharmacist! But it’s all good with those helpful Japanese people around.
