Korean Model Moon Gabi Reveals the Secret to Her Incredible Body

If you're a regular on any Korean entertainment websites, then you've probably come across Moon Gabi somewhere. Being nicknamed the Korean version of Naomi Campbell, the 28 shot to fame after appearing on tvN's Talkmon show. All we could say is netizens are mesmerised with her exotic look and incredible body. Read on to find out how Moon achieved her "apple butt" and "cola-bottled" waist!

The Korean beauty told tvN's Talkmon that she had been working out since 14 years old, and here are the 3 exercises that she does daily.


Squat Jump (For Apple Butt)

Begin by doing a regular squat, and then engage your core and jump up explosively. Lower your body back into the squat position as you land to complete one rep. Repeat for 100 times.

Donkey Kicks (For Apple Butt)

Position yourself on all fours on the mat, with your hands under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Keep your right knee bend at 90 degrees as you slowly raise your leg behind you until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Kick your flexed foot towards the ceiling by squeezing your glutes, with your back remaining still. Complete the rep by returning to the original position. Repeat for as many times as you can on one leg, before switching to the other leg.

Overheard Dumbbell Side Bend (For Cola-bottle Waist) 

Hold the dumbbell directly over your head. Activate your core by squeezing your ears with your upper arms. Pull your abs to your spine and lengthen your spine as you bend slowly to the right. Return to standing upright with your arms still above your head. Then slowly bend on the left. Repeat for a 100 times daily. Moon Gabi said this helped her to reduce her waist size from 25 cm to 23 cm in a year.
