Does the name “Kayla Itsines” rings a bell? Yes, we are referring to the charismatic Australian with a whopping 8.8 million IG followers. If you are an ardent follower of Kayla, then the FitnessFest will be a golden opportunity for you to be part of her wildly popular Bikini Body Guide (BBG) Bootcamp…live! Yes, “the Internet’s undisputed fitness goodness” will be coming to our shores for the first time, and you will be able to sweat it out with her face to face. In case you are unaware, Kayla’s BBG has been transforming women’s bodies with dramatic weight loss results since 2012.

If Instagram-worthy or health food is what you are looking for, the FitnessFest does not disappoint too. The event includes a Food Village where you get to treat your rumbling bellies with nutritious food from eateries such as Bakening, 1degreeC, and ELO water.

5. Shop Till You Drop at the Market Place

We totally agree with the saying “a girl can never have enough clothes in her wardrobe”. After flexing your muscles, do reward yourself with some stylish workout accessories and apparels at the Market Place. You will be able to find blog shops and independent brands (home-grown and expat) that are not commonly seen at the malls! Some brands to look out for include OHSOSOM, PINKSALT, FUNFIT, and Rebelle Activewear. If the apparels are not enough, we suggest throwing in some skincare necessities from brands like Sven’s Island, Utama Spice and Koqo in your bag.

6. Kids Are Welcome Too

Your kids or younger siblings shouldn't be left at home while you have fun. We suggest bringing them along to the event and engage in some challenging classes like Capoeira or gymnastic together at the Kilter Play Stage. From tumbling and rolling, they will soon be on to handstands and cartwheels! In case you are wondering, admission to the FitnessFest is free for children under 12.
