Linguine al Granchio ($38) goes well with a glass of Romagna Albana DOCG, Colombarda. The pasta is made with live Sri Lankan crabs, crab roe, butter and parsley.
Nduja Pasta ($28) is one of the crowd favourites in the restaurant. You can find fresh crayfish and Naduja salami in the dish.
Ndjuja Pasta is commonly paired with Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC, Colombarda, which has a hint of citrus.
The succulent and crispy Pork Roulade ($24) is perfectly crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. It is strongly recommended to indulge in a glass of fruity wine when you order this and we recommend Dolcetto d’Alba DOC, Beppe Marino that has a fruity aftertaste.
