Ippudo - Sakura Ramen
As the name suggests, the Sakura Ramen from Ippudo comes in pretty salmon-pink rather than the usual yellow colour. Specially made using sakura powder, the ramen is accompanied with a medley of fresh ingredients such as pork belly cha shu, spring onion, sliced lettuce and shredded seaweed, and garnished with house-made spicy mentaiko sauce and pink sugar. Available until 30th April.

Nana’s Green Tea- Sakura Strawberry Parfait
Don’t be deterred by the café’s name if you are not a fan of green tea. Despite its name, green is certainly not the only colour that you will see in your desserts. One such creation is the Sakura Strawberry Parfait that is dressed in pretty pink and red, and ingredients such as Sakura Ann paste, strawberries and strawberry ice cream. Do try out the Sakura Shiratama Latte too if you are feeling thirsty. Available on every weekday (2.30 pm-9.30 pm) and weekend (2 pm- 9.30 pm) till 30th April 2018.
