With various gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options, this quaint café tucked away at Dempsey is certainly a food haven for the health enthusiasts. Only opened during mornings to early afternoon, the menu mainly revolves around Sourdough (e.g. Meredith Goats Cheese with Thyme Roasted Mushrooms on Sourdough), Superfood salads (e.g. Dukkah Roasted Pumpkin & Lentil Salad) and Acai Bowls. Beverages such as turmeric latte, organic teas, cold-pressed juices and smoothies can also be found at the café.

A new kid on block in the health-food saturated CBD, Harvestry offers mixed grain bowl along with artisanal coffee. Grain lovers will have a great time choosing from The Full Works (for wagyu beef lovers), Soba So Good (vegan-friendly), Team Protein (for chicken lovers), Clean and Lean (for fish lovers), Pow-Wow (for the pork lovers) and Healthy Chicken Stew. Alternatively, they can exercise their creativity and customise their own bowls with prices ranging from SGD 9-SGD 15.

If grain bowls are not your thing, there always the usual all-day-breakfast items like Scrambled Eggs & Toast, and Smoked Salmon Croissant to rely on.

Opened by the good folks behind Sarines, Pickleville emphasises on grain bowls and toasts with a healthy twist! For breakfast, there's Avocado on Toast, Ham & Cheese, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese, Nutella & Banana, and Peanut Butter Jelly to choose from. Whereas, for lunch rather than the usual meats, be prepared to find pickled radish, pickled cumber, sauerkraut and pineapple salsa in your grain bowls. Do get yourself some Bulletproof Coffee (cocoa, banana, cashew, flaxseed, and coconut oil) to chase the food coma away!
