Michelin Star Chef Jeremy Gillon and Managing Director Anant Tyagi, have recently opened a fine dining French Restaurant - Restaurant JAG.
The artisanal restaurant compromises of 2 floors - level 1 occupies 25 seats with an open kitchen concept while level 2 sits the lounge and bar, perfect for closing deals at the end of a long day.
At the same time, enjoy exclusive cocktails and teas showcasing some of the 40 indigenous herbs from the Savoie Mountains in France while you are at it.
There are also 200 different types of exclusive wines, made up of 85% French wines, 10% sake, and 5% world wines in the restaurant. Some of them are so exclusive that they are the only bottle found in Singapore.
Other exclusive offerings include 5-course selections, 10-course experiential dinner selections, and executive 3-course lunch sets.
