New Dishes to Try at Cook & Brew - The Westin Singapore

Chef Aaron Foster, Executive Chef of The Westin Singapore, introduces new a la carte menu at Cook & Brew with his family recipes that have been passed down to him.

One of our favourites has got to be their Roasted Arctic Cod ($46++). The juicy cod is served with chard corn, squash, gulf prawns and ancho chile pepper. Do you also know that codfish is rich in heart-healthy omega 3 fatty acids?

If you think Fish & Chips are boring, wait till you meet the 'Fancy' Fish & Chips ($56++) served at Cook & Brew. This dish is only found on the dinner menu and if you look closer, the fish has now been replaced with the Nova Scotia lobster!

If you are a pasta person, go for the Penne with Sausage and Red Sauce ($26++). The pork sausage is made in-house based on Foster's dad's recipe. If you fancy home-cooked meals, you are bound to find comfort in this dish.

For the ladies who are on a diet, you can opt for the Yukhoe Korean-style Beef Tartar ($19++). Go on and enjoy the Asian flavours without feeling sinful.
