20 Orgy Sex Tips for the Uninitiated

I asked my community of very open-minded friends to tell me what they wish they knew before they engaged in their first orgy. Here are 20 of the most useful tips gathered:

  • Orgies are not at all like what you see in Porn flicks. In fact, they are often more muted and less action-packed.

  • Do not do something you are not relaxed with. If you do not wish to be dual penetrated or kissed or jerked off, you can just say no.

  • Shit happens literally, so if there is a chance you are going to have anal penetration, ensure you douche correctly beforehand.

  • Definitely, know your safe words.

  • Stimulation overload can completely happen, and it is not forever fun, so don’t hesitate to take a break if you require one.

  • Do not let your defined sexuality get in the way. This is your chance to explore without judgment.

  • Do not let what others think or what they do get in your head. No one is judging you if there are there too.

  • You will know pretty quickly if the orgy is a correct fit for you, so trust your gut feelings. You can leave anytime.

  • Know that partaking in an orgy is does not mean that you will be having such type of sex forever. It may be just a one-off thing and that's fine too.

  • If you are feeling left out, say something. You need to be in charge of your experiences at an orgy.

  • Ask yourself if you will still be approving of this orgy experience in a month, a week or even years down the line.

  • Do not assume they will have condoms, please bring your own.

  • If you go with a boyfriend/husband/lover, figure out if you are actually ok with watching your partner fool around with others.

  • Know your STD level and those around you. Be responsible.

  • With that said, always do consent check-ins before you begin.

  • Being part of an orgy means you may not be attracted to all present, but try not to let that ruin it for.

  • Ensure you and the other people involved actually wish to have group sex.

  • Bodies are weird and people are awkward, so it is 100 percent OK to laugh during sex.

  • And of course, know that orgies will be much messier, exhausting and smellier than you would ever expect.

  • Make sure all those in attendance are of legal age, verify this. Otherwise, you could face a huge legal shit storm after.
