We’ve had this blog for awhile now and were debating if we should make it public to more people than just our friends and family.
Today is 29th February and this date comes only once every 4 years. What better day than to publicize our uncommon blog written by uncommon people on an uncommon day?
So.. welcome stranger, and we hope you’ll stick around for awhile.
I always have breakfast cravings and today’s was especially bad. Dragged the boy out from bed and demanded that he bring me to Wild Honey. He had the European, and I went Full English. And this is all we have to show for breakfast at 7pm on a Sunday:
Bonus pic – me with my Raspberry Pepper drink and his wine:
I dislike crowds so I usually celebrate festivals before/after they actually occur. Went for this year’s Valentine’s celebration yesterday at my all time favourite Japanese restaurant – Chikuwa Tei. Some of you might know the head chef as the infamous Nazi Uncle at Wasabi Tei Far East Plaza. I just read a rumour that he’s upping and going AGAIN at the end of this month and I wanna cry now. Took me 1 year to find his new establishment and he’s leaving again!? NoooOOoOoOoooooO!!! I’ve been eating his fantabulous sashimi since I was 20 and I never wanna stop. (Someone please tell me this is not true. If it is, gimme his new address!)
*Starts comforting self with pictures of his fabulous food*
Our must haves: Tamago sushi, Kajiki, Hotate:
My go-to comfort food:
Chef Peter, please don’t go =(
On a happier note, the BF got me what I have been wanting for a few years now… Hello Kitty Vans!!!!!
And before I end this post…. Hey MFP Crew? Y’all reading this? Shall we go to Mohd Sultan for lunch before Chikuwa Tei ends it’s legacy? Please? Pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease?
Our blogger Catherine came by the MFP office the other day to chit chat and chill. She got drinks for Atari and me (forgot to pay you back babe! next round my treat!). See what Atari is using to hold her drink:
