Kan Cheong Spider
Head honcho of the MFP Crew, she keeps us on our toes and ensures that we have regular heart attacks. Some of her favourite things to say are “NO!”, “just get it done” and “whyyyyy what are you all up to now?”. We like to think that we’re making her younger at heart, and we all love that she’s a boss who’s a friend as well.
Atari
For those of you too young or too un-tech savvy to know what’s an Atari, it was a video computer system built in 1971. The grand daddy of today’s Playstation if you will. She takes a noticeably longer time to understand team jokes and can be counted on for making us laugh with her blurness. That being said, she’s super sharp when it comes to clients since she’s raking in the moolah.
Bianca Zen
BZ is our mighty keyboard warrior, the one who writes our editorials and keeps the readers on MFP entertained. (She is also the one who comes up with the snarky comments for Fashion Spotting!) Most commonly found clomping around in the office in one of her many gorgeous pair of heels.
The guy who is living the dream: our in-house videographer/photographer. He gets to shoot pretty ladies, attend events and gets beauty tips from the rest of the Crew girls. He is also our nanny who makes sure that we are fed, watered and happy. He likes complaining that nobody talks in his forum section, so pop by here and make him happy!
Part-time resident MFP model whose sweet and innocent looks hide her mischievous nature. She seems quiet and demure UNTIL we overload her with creative requests and all hell breaks loose. Intermittent wailing sounds can be heard from her cubicle when she is unusually busy.
This sarcastic, foul mouthed fountain of insanity likes talking about herself in 3rd person, Hello Kitty, cute but useless stationery and damn tasty food. She specializes in playing pranks and making things fun for the Crew. She also has the dubious honor of being a ranked Pokemon player. Beware, she nibbles.
Peanut
Originally from China, Uncle Peanut was a nice, shy web developer until he met the MFP Crew. He has since become a testy old man with witty retorts, in English no less. Attending British Council classes improved his writing skills; hanging out with the Crew added to his arsenal of swear words. We were all proud parents the first time he correctly used a swear word on eosisticallyyours.
The baby of our team assists Uncle Peanut in web development. (Which is apparently an alien language in an alien world where the rest of the Crew has no idea what is going on). Self proclaimed clever and pretty, she thinks that she is immune to Chrystal’s pranks just because Uncle Peanut is there to protect her. Chrystal thinks that this sounds like a challenge.
Barnette
She’s one of our adopted siblings who spends only half her time in the MFP office. We don’t know much about her, but we often hear her trying to inconspicuously giggle at her table when she eavesdrops on our jokes. We think that she doesn’t really join in for fear of being the next prank victim.
The latest addition to the MFP Crew (also kidnapped from our sister company by Kan Cheong Spider) has fit into the team like a hot knife sliding through butter. A potential prankster in the making, AMD has so many ideas to keep MFP going that we’re hoping he never goes back to his real job.
Ex-Crew
thirteendot
So named for her frequent and unintelligible verbal abuse at her laptop, thirteendot has other weird habits such as going all fluster and bluster out of the blue and sometimes even manages to throw eosisticallyyours into panic mode. thirteendot brings us plenty of advertising dollars despite her bullet-speed speech.
ET
We always thought ET was a staid, serious person until a night of drinking where she made up rules to get us drunk. Thereafter, we’ve added her (without her consent since we’ve already seen that she’s is really not as pure as she seems to be) to the MFP Crew. We try hard to be nice to her cos she’s the one who processes our claims and stuff.
