FULL-TIME POSITIONS

Sales & Marketing Executive/Senior Executive

Understands the online consumer as well as the competitive landscape to determine how to best market and customize relevant promotions to specific audience demographic segments, be up-to-date on popular or internet culture that includes social networking, blogs, widgets, etc.

2 to 3 years experience in marketing with appreciation in buzz or viral marketing, e-mail marketing and other online marketing tactics.  Excellent written/verbal communication skills, high entrepreneurial spirit, organized and able to function independently, and able to deal with rapidly changing priorities. Must be able to sell and meet sales target. Need to also be an enthusiastic team player and self-starter commitment to excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrates technical marketing skills and an appreciation for web marketing.
• Develops annual marketing plan and monthly rolling plan in conjunction with Business Development and Editorial departments
• Responsible for marketing and achieving marketing performance measures.
• To manage the Marketing Department Budget - delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget
• To manage and work with all departments to execute all aspects of Marketing activity in a timely and effective manner
• Managing website development from strategic marketing planning to tactical activities

• Min. 3 years of experience in the marketing industry
• Web savvy with an appreciation for Web Marketing
• Sales experience preferred

Web Developer

We are looking for a multi-tasking, dedicated and productive Web Developer who is able to handle stress extremely well, persist in times of woe and most importantly, meet deadline promptly. He/She must know how to find Codes, tests, integrates and documents software solutions. And is responsible for the development and implementation of web user interface in support of analysts and managers.

SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT & DELIVERY

• To design and develop website ensuring strong functionality and optimization
• To address company and client's web design and programming needs
• To design and code superior technical solutions for company and client web
• To develop web page infrastructure and applications related to pages
• To design and develop relational database systems and their web interfaces
• Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions

We are looking for a witty and exceptional writer in the creative content creation for our editorial features. You should be a female who has a passion for all things beautiful and must have a keen interest in beauty and fashion. You must also be able to write for different genres of writing such as event coverage, celebrity interviews, straight lace advertorials, creative writing, and juicy gossips.

PRIMARY WORK ACTIVITIES

• Developing technical skills of writing and maintaining originality
• Using literary and creative skills to develop content
• Working to tight deadlines
• Undertaking research and verifying the factual content of written work
• Conducting interviews with people either face to face, over the telephone or by email
• Maintaining an active interest and passion for beauty and fashion
• Exercising self-discipline and time management to organise writing and deadlines
• Attend and cover events from fashion runways to skincare seminars

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh Graduates welcome but with experience in writing for blogs or freelance/school editorial projects

Editorial Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and brilliant Editorial Assistant to assist editorial department in the administration of the commissioning, planning and production of publicity materials. Although this is the starting point for an exciting career in editorial, it is an opportunistic role within MyFatPocket.

PRIMARY WORK ACTIVITIES

• Act as the liaison for scheduling of video production and issuing contracts
• Support editorial dept in all activities leading to publication, including acting as a personal assistant
• Liaising with writers, photographers, and bloggers to negotiate and monitor timescales for stages in the publishing process
• Deal with the administration of work commissioned to freelance writers, photographers, stylists and production houses
• Publication of editorial materials
• Filing, photocopying and other routine administrative tasks
• Assist in research material
• Writing own articles and reports
• Amending articles whenever necessary
• Using your own specialist knowledge to contribute ideas;
• Sourcing freelancers or other authors to produce new materials
