Culture Cartel, Asia’s all-encompassing street culture convention, will be going digital this year with a free-for-all virtual event via https://digital.culturecartel.com/ on 5 December 2020 from 1pm to 12midnight (SG Time). Supported by Singapore Tourism Board (STB) since its inception, the one-day event will be made available to a global audience and convenes the best lifestyle brands and subcultures, further cementing Singapore as a regional street culture hub.
For the first time, the much-anticipated event – which annually draws over 18,000 attendees from across the region – will be produced as a fully virtual experience with rotatable interface allowing users to explore Culture Cartel as a town lined with interactive booths offering unique experiences, online drops from streetwear favourites, creative masterclasses and an impressive list of music artistes from Singapore and around the world.
“As we see the impact of COVID-19, it became more important to us than ever to still create an experience that will fill our worlds with beauty, possibilities and escapism. Culture Cartel 2020 will take users on a journey to a new world reimagined by connecting people, brands and places to continue doing what we do best: to make the past, present and future of street culture accessible to everyone,” said Jeremy Tan, Convention Director of Culture Cartel.
