U.S. fashion magazine, InStyle, has created an iPad app that lets women virtually try out different hair cuts, styles and colors as they appear augmented on the user.
The app aggregates Facebook pictures, uplodoaded photos, and those taken by an iPad 2 to detect the shape of the user’s face and replace their current hair style with new photo-realistic versions of celebrity cuts.
Other features include style suggestions based on face shape and the ability to sample celebrity hair cuts.
