Most decent hotels come equipped with irons and ironing boards and you can easily request for them by giving housekeeping a call. But what if, your choice of hotel Airbnb, or guesthouse doesn't have an iron for you to press out those creases?

You don't have to go walking on the streets like a wrinkled plastic bag. The trick of the trade is to use your flat iron to straighten your clothes and follow these steps to get rid of those creases. Now you have another excuse to throw that handy flat iron into your luggage.

1. Wipe your flat iron with a damp cloth or tissue paper to remove the hair products on them. You don't want the remaining products on the flat iron to stain your clothes.

2. If your flat iron comes with adjustable temperature settings, remember to set it on low heat for delicate materials. It is safe, and also more efficient to use higher temperature on the hardy and durable materials.

3. Place your clothes in between the 2 iron plates and pressed on it, moving left and right at the same time to remove the creases.

4. And voila! Say goodbye to all those creases.
