The drama is based on a popular webtoon "Strangers From Hell", and Im Si Wan will be taking up the role of Yong Jong Woo, a young man who moves from the countryside to Seoul after he found a new job. Lee Dong Wook plays the role of a dentist, Seo Moon Jo, who lives near Jong Woo, and he helps Jong Woo get used to his new life in Seoul.

However, while all look nice and peaceful, "Stranger From Hell" is actually a thriller drama and it reveals mysterious incidents that Yong Jong Woo encounters because of the residents that live in the same building.

"Strangers From Hell" will be directed by Lee Chang Hee, who is the person behind "The Vanished" and "The Hideout", and the script will be written by Jung Yi Do who penned "Save Me".

The drama is set to be premiered in the later half of 2019.
