Sometimes we get so busy that we skip our meals. Not the best thing to do.
It is advisable to keep some snacks with you if you are someone who is always on the go. We met up with the brand representative from HOW to EAT Pocket Meals while we were in Seoul, and he recommended some very convenient and healthy food that we can grab while we are out and about, or when we really don’t have the time to head out for a meal. However, it is not meant to be a meal replacement, but it can definitely get rid of your hunger pangs for a while!
