Bibimbap is one of my favourite Korean food. Not only is it delicious, but it is also very healthy and nutritious.

“Bibim” means mixing the ingredients together, and “bap” simply means rice. Bibimbap is usually served with white rice at the bottom of the bowl, topped with various vegetables, an egg, your choice of meat, completed with gochujang, a spicy and sweet sauce.
The video below shows us how easy it is to prepare bibimbap for a quick and healthy meal. And instead of using gochujang straight out of the container, follow the instructions in the video to prepare a delicious and flavourful sauce for your bibimbap. While no meat was used in the bibimbap recipe in the video, you can always add your own for some additional protein in your meal. Happy cooking!
