Kylie Jenner Shares Her Breakfast Routine with Her Followers

Apparently, Kylie Jenner is very much like the rest of us. She shared her breakfast routine via Instagram stories to her followers and we could see that she also tries to make her breakfast healthy and interesting. Let's take a look at what her breakfast routine is like.

First things first, a glass of celery juice. "I try and drink about 16 oz. in the morning and wait 30 minutes before eating," and she goes on to add that "Celery contains high amounts of vitamin C and K, as well as folate and potassium, and studies show that celery plays a role in fighting and preventing cancer and liver disease, [reducing] inflammation and [boosting] cardiovascular health. Calms nerves, relieves migraines, and promotes weight loss."


In her very next story, she clarified that she drank it "for the health benefits, not the weight loss, but wanted to add that in there."


After her celery juice, Kylie waited 30 minutes (presumably) before she gets her morning coffee. She also shared that she uses a dairy-free, coconut milk-based collagen creamer that is good for skin, hair, nails, and joint health.


Last but not least, Kylie shared a photo of some eggs, bacon and avocado that she will be having for breakfast that day. She also complained that finds her breakfast boring because she eats the same thing every day.
